Caleb Griswold

Caleb Griswold – Paintings & Paws

Caleb’s whimsical, colorful paintings are a reflection of his personality. He loves freely, creatively, and without reservation.

At birth, Caleb was diagnosed with Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum, a brain disorder in which the bridge between the right and left hemispheres of his brain never developed. The neurologist painted a devastating and bleak picture of Caleb’s future for effective large motor skills,  fine motor skills, and speech. By the grace of God and years of therapy, Caleb is an overcomer. He is walking independently, painting with fine brushes, and communicating beautifully with those around him.

Caleb is the Mayor of Muttland Meadows Dog Park. He takes great pride in warmly welcoming the dogs and their owners by name, providing fresh water, and tending to the upkeep of the park. To learn more about Caleb, check out the links below. He has been featured in Guidepost Magazine, Ozaukee Press, Fox 6 News, and News Graphic.

Recognizing his advanced eye for color and composition, Caleb’s devoted art teacher at Cedarburg High School, Deb Mortl, fostered his talent and guided him in selling his paintings. Caleb’s passion is to paint dog portraits. He also specializes in large abstract paintings and decorative driftwood.
